It is the way you say hello.

Can one feel and not understand?

It is strange that I do not know,

But I must find out somehow.

The tension I get when you come near.

The feeling is mutual though I may not show.

So close, yet so far away.

Maybe it is the result of being dismayed.

One can only think that she is in love with this feeling,

Though it offers nothing of healing.

But difficult is it to find another feeling,

As sky-rocketed is the sorrow ceiling.

Maybe another emotion is knocking at my door,

As this is a state I have never been before.

It is as though my views are changing,

But somehow, my beliefs are ever so remaining.

The thought of something is better than its being,

But this is either the best or worst I’ve ever been.

The thoughts in my heart that I hold so dear,

Is the result of my greatest treasure being my worst fear.

If only I could figure the solution to this tragedy,

Instead of to be feeding my sorrows with worthless company.

A quick solution is indeed crucial,

As I do believe that this feeling is NEUTRAL!
